Obituary for Whitney Meredith Krug

Whitney Meredith Krug passed away on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 in Orlando, FL. She was born in Red Bank, NJ and raised for most of her life in Wall, NJ. She attended Wall High School and graduated from Monmouth University before later moving to Florida.

If you knew Whitney, you knew what a devoted sister, daughter, cousin, niece, and friend she was. She was an amazing person to be around and was always willing to help others. Her bubbly personality, infectious laugh, and bright smile will be missed.

She was pre-deceased by her parents Gail Farley Krug and Robert D. Krug and her grandparents Mary Farley, Lawrence Farley, Audrey Krug, and Robert E. Krug. She is survived by her brother Travis Krug along with cousins, aunts, uncles, and many friends.

A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, March 13 from 5 pm until the time of the service at 7 pm at the Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Avenue in Long Branch. In lieu of flowers memorial donations are requested to Susan G. Komen for a Cure, Central and South Jersey Affiliates, 2 Princess Road, Suite D, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648, a charity that was important to Whitney and her family - The family invites you to leave a letter of condolence, light a memorial candle or make a memorial donation by selecting the appropriate tab.
