Alfred Antonelli, Jr.

Alfred Antonelli, Jr., age 85 of Colts Neck, passed away January 2, 2023, in his home, surrounded by friends. He graduated class of 1957, Long Branch High School. He was a retired master craftsman of Antonelli Brothers Home Builders, widely recognized throughout Monmouth County. He served his country honorably in the US Army.

He was very creative and has authored and published several books on poetry.  He was also an accomplished artist of many paintings and drawings that he dreamed of showing.

Alfred was predeceased by his parents, Alfred and Margaret Antonelli, brothers; Chester, Nicholas and Anthony Antonelli, sisters, Marie Chasey, Theresa Russo and Christina Ferraro.  He is survived by sisters in law, Angie Antonelli and Elizabeth Antonelli, nieces and nephews Patty Yuzva, Nealey Russo, Joyce Antonelli, Chrissy Russo Figlar, Eric Antonelli and William Chasey Jr., as well as many great nieces and nephews. He also had several friends that he loved to spend time with reminiscing his views with in West Long Branch.

A graveside service will be held at Glenwood Cemetery, West Long Branch on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at 2:30 pm. The family invites you to leave a letter of condolence by selecting the Tribute/Guestbook link above.
