Jacqueline Hulse, 59, passed away on July 31, 2023, in Neptune, New Jersey. She was born on December 18, 1963 in Belize, to her mother Shirley Trejo and the late Raymond Hulse. She moved to Long Branch with her mother and two brothers when she was 10 years old. Jacqueline is survived by her mother, as well as her brothers Raymond and Richard Hulse, two uncles, one aunt, and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Hulse.

Jacqueline attended Long Branch High School, where she completed her education. She then found work in the legal system, and aspired to be a court stenographer.

In her free time, Jacqueline had a love for fashion, makeup, and jewelry. She dreamt of going to the beach to feel the water on her toes, finding solace in the calming presence of the ocean. This reminded her of her very first job as a teenager on the boardwalk. 

Jacqueline Hulse will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing her. May her soul find eternal peace.
