Joseph Leon Garrett

"Joseph Garret was born June 14, 1979, and passed away peacefully on December 20, 2023. Joseph graduated from Monmouth Vocational obtaining his general education diploma and worked for 10 years with M&M SWEEPERS until his death. Joseph grew up in Fair Haven, NJ, and was the youngest out of eight children including a brother, sister, uncle, and a host of cousins, he was nicknamed Pumpkin because of his big head and was beloved and protected by his family because he was the youngest.

Joseph is predeceased by his grandmother: Ruth Robinson: Grandfathers: Booker Watts, and Theodore Garret, he leaves behind to cherish his memories, CHILDREN: JAHBORN GARRETT, JAHDASIA GARRETT, JUSTICE GARRETT, HEAVEN GARRETT: GRANDCHILDREN: Jahzira, Jahkylah, Kazier,  PARENTS: Lynn Flowers,  Joe  (Denise) Pickett, BROTHERS: Justice (Casey) Watts,  Lance Pickett, SISTERS:  Tina Garrett,  Lakesha Turner, Latoya Turner, Nephews, Niece: and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and close friends.

GONE TOO SOON:

I remember like yesterday you were riding your bike down Allen Street with your beautiful smile and your red and black Michel Jackson Coat with your box haircut smiling in the sunshine, those were the fun times.

O, how I wish I could freeze time and rewind we would have more time with you.

Pumpkin, you are gone too soon.

We wish we could talk to you one last time just to say goodbye.

We will forever cherish your memories."
