Loretta A Corwin (Coddington) of Neptune, New Jersey passed away peacefully at home on December 25, 2023 at the age of 84. She was born on January 3, 1939 in New Paltz, New York to the late Carl D. Coddington and Lulu Coddington (Williams). 

She is survived by her husband of 50 years Daniel L. Corwin Sr., her daughter Shari A. Crogan (Gizzarelli), of Pleasant Valley, New York, her son Edward J. Gizzarelli, of Hyde Park, New York, and her daughter-in-law and longtime caregiver Janinne Corwin (Hanley), of Neptune, New Jersey. Granddaughters Ariel F. Martin (Gizzarelli), of Florida, and Jerri Ann Gizzarelli, of Salem, Virginia. Great-Granddaughter Paisley Ann Gizzarelli, also of Salem, Virginia. 

Surviving siblings include her brother Carlson Coddington, and sisters Lorraine Dubois, and Carol Durante, and brother-in-law Vincent Durante, all of New Paltz, New York. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. 

She was predeceased by her sons Jerry A Gizzarelli and Daniel L. Corwin Jr.. her sister Joan Place (Coddington), brothers Eugene Coddington and Robert Coddington, and brother-in-law Allen Place. 

Family and friends are invited to join for the funeral service on Wednesday, January 3, 2023 at 1 pm at Brigadier General William C.
