Marie Lillian Winter

Marie Lillian Winter, also known as Ree-Ree, passed away on December 12, 2023, at the age of 85 in Long Branch, NJ. She was born on November 8, 1938, in Long Branch. Marie was a beloved homemaker and caregiver, dedicating her life to her family.

Marie is survived by her loving sons, Joseph Winter, Frank Winter Jr., and Scott Winter, daughters-in-law, Jill Winter and Allison Winter, grandkids, Joey, Jake, Dylan, Max, Brooklyn, Chris, and Frank, her brother, Sam Arabia, and sisters, Nancy Applegate and Cheryl Cruz. Marie was preceded in death by her husband, Frank "Red" Winter, her parents, Lillian and Sam Arabia, her brother Jimmy Arabia, and her sisters Phyllis Rodgers and Lucy Ring.

Marie attended Long Branch High School and had a deep connection with her community. She worshiped at Holy Trinity Church of Long Branch.

In her free time, Marie enjoyed animals and gardening. She found joy in nurturing and caring for both plants and creatures.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2023 from 11:30 am until the funeral service at 12:30 pm at Damiano Funeral Home in Long Branch. Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in West Long Branch.
