Meghan A. Tracey

Meghan Ashley Tracey, 22, of Long Branch, NJ, passed away in her home on November 26, 2021. Meghan was born December 26th 1998 to Nora L. Tracey and Angelo Allegro. Meghan grew up alongside her five siblings Paulie (28), AJ (26), Amanda (19), Luke (16) and Evan (14). Meghan gave birth to her son Jason Anthony (2) in 2019. Meghan enjoyed spending time with her siblings all of whom she referred to as her “heart on her chest”. Meghan graduated from Long Branch Highschool in 2017. She became a CNA and was dedicated to her work at Monmouth Care Center prior to taking on her favorite role which was being a mother to her son. Meghan loved listening to music, quoting SpongeBob, spending time with her family, eating Chinese food as well as supporting the Long Branch Community and many small local businesses. To know Meghan was to love her. She was the life of every party she attended, and had a smile that lifted spirits at its sight. Meghan is predeceased by her grandparents.

Meghan is survived by her parents, siblings, son as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, family members and friends, all of whom she truly adored.

A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, December 3 from 4 pm until the time of the service at 7:30 pm at Damiano Funeral Home in Long Branch. Interment of her cremains will be on Saturday, December 4 at 10 am at Glenwood Cemetery in West Long Branch.
